About Drew Katzman

Drew Katzman is an award-winning writer, actor and director based in Los Angeles.   His play, Dancing Turbo Chess Masters of the Universe (an early version of The Arc of a Rainbow) was a selection of the Great Plains Theatre Conference. An early version of I Would Dance Naked in This Rain (under a different title) was a semi-finalist in the O’Neill Foundation National Playwrights Conference competition.  Such Moments was a winner of the Ashland New Plays Festival competition and a finalist in The Julie Harris Playwrights Competition.   His produced plays include How Do You Say You Need, and the critically acclaimed Tired Of Looking For Barrymore, Little Prisons, Big Escapes, Over The Rainbow, the musical Listen To The Voices and The Paradigm, which won an Ellen Idelson Award.  Drew is a member of the Dramatists Guild, the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, Screen Actors Guild and Actors Equity.
